Substitutions

We make every effort to include products exactly as listed on this website. Occasionally, we may need to substitute with a like item. Substitutions will be made only with items of equal or greater value.

Damages

Refunds or replacements will only be given if your order comes damaged. Please contact us within 14 days of receipt and we will happily replace all damaged items. All packaging should be kept in case the shipping company needs to inspect the package. All toolkit sales are final.

Late Delivery

If your order arrives late due to a shipping company delay you will be credited for shipping charges. This does not apply to delays due to weather or delivery attempts that are unsuccessful.
